Custom Masonry
Original brickwork was carefully salvaged, cleaned, and integrated into the new construction to preserve the architectural continuity of the home. The new masonry was meticulously blended with the existing façades to ensure the addition felt authentic to the original structure.

Pass-Through Window
An expansive bifolding window opens completely to create a seamless pass-through to an outdoor sit-up bar, blurring the lines between indoors and out and embracing the Pacific Northwest lifestyle.
Copper Awnings
Custom-crafted copper awnings provide architectural distinction and weather protection at the rear entryways. Over time, the copper will naturally age and patina, allowing the additions to feel increasingly integrated with the home’s original character.
